For UAE orders, exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.

If you believe an item is faulty, contact us within 48 hours.

The first return or exchange pickup is free within the UAE. From the second collection onwards, a fee of AED 20 applies.

For international orders, exchanges are not free. Items must be returned, and a new order must be placed.

We do not offer refunds for sale items. You may receive store credit for the same value or exchange for the same item in a different size (if available).
