Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of dirt, dust, makeup stains, fragrances, and foreign odours (including smoke). All tags, original packaging, and hygiene stickers (if applicable) must be intact.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Customs duties and additional charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

For international orders, return shipping fees, customs duties, and related charges must be covered by the customer.

If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is returned to us, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be deducted from the refund. In such cases, only store credit will be issued.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours. Once returned and inspected by our quality control team, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

UAE returns: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

International returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
