REFUND POLICY

For online card payments, we offer refunds or store credit upon request. Returns for full-priced items are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (card only) and must be accompanied by a receipt and merchandise in its original condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for sale items. You may receive store credit for the same value or exchange for the same item in a different size (if available).

If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is returned to us, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be deducted from the refund. In such cases, only store credit will be issued.
